- I'm a 7 year old in a 61 year old body. I live near London, Ontario Canada. I've been married to Donna for 42 years, have 4 children and 9 grand - children. I have been a Christian since I was 12 but have never been able to live the life I thought God expected of me and so I gave up and decided to do everything on my own. Quess what. That was worse than trying to be a Christian. I attended a Grace Life Conference 7 years ago and I have not been the same since. I now know God's Love, Peace, Joy, Freedom and Grace. It's totally awesome. For 7 years I've been studying everything I can get my hands on to do with the Exchanged Life (I now prefer to call it His Life in me)and Exchanged Life Counselling so I can teach and counsel others in the truths that God has for us. My life has changed so much since I learned God's truth I can hardly describe or even imagine. We have an awesome God. Trust Him and Rest in Him.

Yep, I like this guy and his book...and isn't it true? Kids come into the OREC building and the "church" doesn't give them a chance because it is all about the clothes, the hair, the language, the fill in the blank...and it isn't just the kids...try being a separated mom and see how messy spirituality in the organized church can get. Thanks for reminding me about this guy...

Hello! I found your Blog page off of Aida Carter's. I've recently become a commentor on The God Journey Forum (www.thegodjourney.com) and I also enjoy reading wonderful thoughts and comments from my brothers and sisters at the Free Believers(www.darinhufford.com) forum, too.
I appreciate your recommendation of this book by Mike Yaconelli. I have not heard of him before. Recently I've been just gobbling up the heart of some very excellent books: 4 months ago "The Shack," more recently, "He Loves Me," "Recovering Your Good Heart," "Authentic Relationships," and I still have yet to read Brennan Manning's "Abba's Child."
In any case, I look forward to reading more of your posts here on your page.
